Instructions
  1. Brown chicken in skillet
  2. Add taco seasoning mix and water, as instructed on package
  3. Cook elbow macaroni for 8 minutes until done, drain
  4. Add queso to macaroni and mix well.
  5. Add chicken and any Saudi to macaroni, mix well
  6. Add tomatoes, mix carefully.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Put first 3 ingredients in pressure cooker pot, set aside.

Put the rest in separate bowl and mix well, then add to pot.

Set Instant Pot pressure cookier to soup setting and enjoy in about 20 minutes! Or, cook in slow cooker Crock-Pot for 6-10 hours until carrots are tender.
